First & Whiterock is two blocks from Elk Avenue, one block from the mountain express shuttle (Nordic Center), and all the town mountain biking loops(Woods walk, Lower, Lupine, and Tony’s/Upper) are right out your door. Came with some friends from college without our children and it was the most perfect location! We could walk to all the restaurants/bars easily and had great communication with the owner/manager. I would definitely come back!

Amazing location, property, and time

Throughly enjoyed our time here in CB. The property is located in a quiet part of town - yet you can get to elk avenue within a 5 minute walk. The hot tub is killer and the property is in immaculate condition. We had everything we need in terms of kitchen utensils & towels. There is nothing bad I could say about this property and our experience. We would (and will) happily stay here again the next time we come to town. Hats off!
