Centrally located to lots of fun things to do and see. Great value. We would 100% stay here again next time we visit Pittsburgh. Street parking can be a little challenging but we were able to find spots within 2 blocks of the apartment.

One block from restaurants and shopping. My son is a minor, so the bars and tattoo studios were not on our list, but look fun for ppl in their 20s. Safe area with families, retirees, and young professionals.

Great Location & Easy Check In/Out

First Nick was great to work with. He gave clear and quick communication about checking in/out. He responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment looked JUST like the pictures. So there was no violation of expectations. The property we cute and quirky and well taken care of. Just enough room and accommodations for our family but also enough that we could have our own space. The apartment was a quick drive to the Convention Center that we were visiting for work. Also, with in walking distance to a variety of shopping and food. While it is in the down town area we felt very safe walking around at night. Parking was a bit difficult as we had two cars and one parking pass. But we knew that staying downtown meant that we would need to be prepared to park one of our cars further away from the apartment. I will stay with Nick again next year! The neighbors and area business also had great things to say about Nick and the care he puts into his properties and guests!!
