We had a great stay here!! Property management company was wonderful to work with! House was clean and fit our family perfectly! And it was an extremely doable walk to the beach, which is a plus with little kids! Will definitely be back and will book other properties with this company!

Nice Beach Getaway

About a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. House was nice. Chair covers needed to be removed and cleaned and we wished the cushions were thicker but definitely minor things. Loved it and would stay there again.

Great place!

This house was great. We had 13 people in our group (of all ages) and there was plenty of room for all of us and never felt like we were overcrowded. The kitchen and large dining room table were nice for Easter dinner. Just a short walk to the beach, very convenient! Description of house was accurate.

We enjoyed this spacious home. We love the privacy of the three floors and how much space there was in the kitchen, dining, and living area. I was especially happy with the kitchen. It was stocked with just about everything except an air fryer. Master bath on the third floor was incredible. Having two sets of washer and dryers was a definite bonus. Having a two car garage to park in was also a bonus. My only critique would be the dining room chairs. Felt low to the table. The covers on the sectional were lived in, could use a good cleaning to be up to the standard of the rest of the home. I would definitely recommend this home and I’d stay here again. Another bonus was being so close to the beach. A short walk and the wagon was great for pulling the grandchildren.

Fantastic house just a few bit picky things.

The house was great, just as advertised and very beautiful. Only 2 issues were problems with the grille and the garage door not operating correctly. Would definitely book same house again.

Multiple Family Vaca

Our family Parents, grandparents, and cousins all enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and so close to shopping and lots of other activities. It was the perfect place for our families to gather and spend time making memories to last a lifetime. With busy schedules, jobs, and living in different states, time has seemed to fly by. Surprisingly Big, Great Location

The townhome was much bigger than I thought. Great location close to the beach and a few restaurants. It smelled like smoke when we first arrived. After we turn down the air the smell was a little less noticeable. Some of the bed linens were not clean. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great Beach House; Has Everything You Need

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and roomy and very nice. We had several families and everyone had room to spread out, or we could all come together in the spacious living room and kitchen area. This house had everything we needed including lots of storage. Very short drive to public parking at the beach, so we could carry all the stuff we needed to spend the day. You could walk if you didn't have too much stuff. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large group of people.

Beautiful Presentation/Horrible Appliances

The house presentation was beautiful and clean. We had everything we could possibly need. However, half of the appliances did not work and some needed to be replaced; which caused our cooking experience to be extended and problematic.

We do show a record where someone called in and stated there was no power an within the kitchen which turned out to be a tripped breaker and was remedied quickly. We will triple check the appliances to make sure there are no future issues. Beautiful home!!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip with 12 ladies and had a blast!! The home is beautiful, had plenty of room, beds were amazing!! However, I chose this house based on it having a golf cart to get to the beach as was listed and spoken about in reviews. It had changed ownership and was not specified that it does not come with one anymore. It was a very big letdown. The showers were lukewarm and the blankets on the beds are very thin so bring extras. There are 2 wagons with a bunch of beach chairs but we used our own. There was plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. The pool is wonderful!!

To help with any confusion regarding a golf cart, we want you and future guests to know that our listing and description does not advertise any cart with this home and we have also double checked to be sure there was no accidental amenity marked on the listing as well. Although some reviews may have mentioned a cart prior to Dec 2022, a cart has not been advertised on our listings / site since we took over management at that time. We will check the hot water to ensure everything is functioning properly and ensure the extra blankets that we provide are also in the closet. Perfect for a large group, gorgeous home!

Overall, we loved the property!! The pool was super close to the condo! The master bedroom was immaculate, along with the master bathroom! The house was set up with everything and more than what our group needed! The only downfall was… when we booked the property it was under different ownership, and they had included a golf cart to provide transportation to and from the beach. The new owners do not. We traveled with our 83 year old grandmother and also mother in law who is not in the best health, as far as walking goes. So we used our cars for transportation to the actual beach instead. Other than that, it was a great trip! Thank you for having us as your guests! ☺️

We enjoyed the property and had a fun week

There are no views at this VRBO. The walk to the beach or anywhere would have been long and boring. We used the six person golf cart everywhere we went. We really appreciated the golf cart we took it to the beach, the Winn-Dixie, the gas station, the Bad ass coffee shop, breakfast & shopping. Be sure to find out the code for opening up the lock box on the golf cart we had to figure it out on our own and that company never did communicate back to us with the code. Check out day was a little challenging we had to get up pretty early to clear out by 9AM. Don’t plan on using the grill it’s very rusted and corroded. The cooking we did was minimal but the kitchen seem to be pretty well equipped. We would have appreciated tables in the living room by the couch to put our drinks on and couch blankets. Our first night we could not use the two bedrooms downstairs because of issues with the toilet but chris had the plumber there right away the next morning. The golf cart and having five bedrooms makes this VRBO somewhere where I would choose to say again.

Comfy beds, great decor and very close to the beach!

Using the golf cart to haul our beach toys and kids was so nice. The size of the bedrooms was good, especially the master. I do not say this lightly but I would rent this home again, 100%. Our family, including grandparent, all had a wonderful time. 😘

Nice & quiet

This condo was close to the beach & the neighbors were quiet. Property looks just as described and shown in the pictures. We vacation in Destin frequently and will keep this location on our list for future stays.

Upscale vacation getaway

This townhouse did not disappoint. It was exactly as described, and the separate floors allowed each of us to have our own space while still being together. The interior was beautifully decorated with obvious attention to detail. The owner thought of everything, especially for kitchenware and comforts of home. Accent shades of blue throughout complemented our experience and felt very much like a resort. The middle floor, where the kitchen and living room were located, was the perfect gathering space. One of the best amenities was the golf cart rental. We were two blocks from the beach and used the golf cart to quickly get there. The second best…two washer/dryer sets!! There’s nothing like feeling at home even when you’re on vacation, and this stay delivered!
