We can host up to 6 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 4. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! We are walking distance to the Convention Center and two blocks from the beach and conveniently located right next to The Village Market (Large Liquor and Craft Beer selection), Vons, Sturbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores..

Perfect owner, Perfect facitilties and Perfect Location

We stayed for 6 nights to attend a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. As the title says, everything was perfect. From before check-in to after check-out, the owners were very warm, cooperative and prompt. If I ever go back to Long Beach, I will stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

The location was perfect for us. The Condo was a great fit for what we needed and had all of the necessary amenities. We would highly recommend the same for anyone traveling to Long Beach and attending events at the LB Convention center!

Clean condo, great location

The condo was nice and the location was ideal. The check in process was a bit frustrating having to meet with the owner in person to get the keys. Our flight had multiple delays, which required me contacting him with an updated ETA multiple times. A key box would seem more efficient.
