I loved staying at this condo in Long Beach! The space was beautifully decorated… cozy, comfortable, yet bright and open. The balcony was a huge bonus and made it easy to sit outside and enjoy the view. The location couldn’t have been better for a conference: just steps from the convention center and connected by walkways making it safe and accessible. It was far better than staying in a hotel and had everything I needed. The host, Nico, was fantastic—extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and even after my stay. I would highly recommend this place!

WONDERFUL place to stay! We were in California for a family wedding and stayed a few days extra. We spent 8 nights The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, very comfortable, cozy and decorated beautifully. Nico was an excellent host. He made sure to contact us when a maintenance issue came up with the building (a minor power outage, no problem). He was available when we had questions and was just very attentive to any needs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Recommended: WATCH the video on parking! It’s super easy after first time. And the fob that Nico will give you has to become your “best friend”
