Nice condo, easy to get to restaurants and beach

Comfortable condo with plenty of space for four adults, well equipped in the kitchen and with extra towels and blankets. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and A1A bars and restaurants

Anastasia Beach condo

We had a great stay in this condo getaway! The service from the management team ( Jaime). and the maintenance man (Phil) was great! Thank you all, for such a wonderful time!

Awesome Place!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was as shown and advertised. I have to send out a HUGE shout out to Jamie with Sovereign Jacob’s. We had a problem getting into the unit when we checked in. Apparently the battery was down in the lock. We called and within 5 minutes literally, she was there to help. She apologized profusely for the problem. It was just a minor issue but she still apologized. The pool was wonderful as everything else was. We will definitely be back!

Avoid if you want peace and health.

This unit is on 2nd floor with units on all sides. There is no sound barrier. Every footfall above us could be heard all day and night. The babies crying above and immediately next to our bedroom wall were so loud they prevented sleeping. The walls are so thin we heard the child coughing. These are supposed to be 30 day rentals but the neighbors all seemed to rent for 7 or less days so people were constantly checking in or out. This unit is 'sick'. We got sinus infections immediately on entry which only cleared up 28 days later when we left. The HVAC is filthy and we assume the air ducts are full of allergens. The front bedroom has only venetian blinds but the exterior hall lights make the bedroom fully lit at night preventing sleep. The washing machine is rusted and pieces of rusted metal were falling off into our clothing. We were very glad when we could finally leave and vacated 3 days early just to be gone.
