Great accommodations

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was spacious and inviting, we would have loved if the cleaning were a bit better, specifically the bathrooms but overall our stay was great and we enjoyed the location right across the street from the beach.

Great apartment

Wonderful place to stay with our adult children and their spouses. Loved how close it was to the beach and the restaurants. Thankful that they had a beach pull along and all the things we would need on the beach to make it a great day.

Great Family Place

Normally, I try to stay right on the beach, but this was just right across the street and it was pretty convenient. The condo was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed, including a little beach cart and beach chairs. We have a 14-year-old, a 10 year-old, and a 15 month old, and it really worked great for us. It was also very close to a lot of places to eat!

Beautiful condo on the Beach

This condo was perfect for our family get away! They had everything we needed to hop across the street and go to the beach with our beach towels, and even a beach cart to haul all of our stuff. The master bedroom is beautiful and very spacious and the shower was perfect for my 6’5” tall husband! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future as our son attends Flagler College.

Everything You Need

This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of places. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The only drawback was that the beach was across the street. We usually try to get beachfront. Overall I would highly recommend this condo.

Family Vacation

Our family of 7 enjoyed staying at Seaside at Anastasia. All the amenities we had hoped for were provided to use. We especially benefited from the Beach Cart. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our condo. Our only concern was that a sign should be posted on the recliner that it is not a wall hugging recliner and to pull it out and away from the wall. We will be happy to stay again if time and availability work for us.

Cozy and comfy

Such a beautiful place, very well stocked and within walking distance to several amazing restaurants, the beach and St. John’s pier. The condo was roomy and very comfortable. I love the decor and flooring, which made it extremely easy to clean up the sand! Parking is easy with the reserved spot. We were told we would have several parking passes but only 1 was in the condo- we didn’t need any additional so it worked out fine. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for the great week!!

Beautiful property, but …

The pool on the property was closed down for the last three and a half days of our stay. When people pay thousands to stay at a „resort-style“ property with a swimming pool for a week, it should be made available asap after repair. The gorgeous primary bathroom shower had miserable water pressure and the commode didn’t flush easily. Otherwise, the property location was ideal and there was plenty of space and a well-outfitted kitchen.

Our Anniversary

When we arrived it was no key in the key box and the code didn’t work for the door. The answering service had trouble finding someone to help. Finally got in and later that week we went out to town and came back with the old -new gate code not working. Answering service was called and no one ever called back to make sure we made it inside. Finally someone saw us trying to get in and pulled their vehicle to the exit gate so it would open and we drove in. Other than this it was a great experience.
