Just a short walk to the beautiful beach in Playa Hermosa from this immaculately maintained duplex.  This home is very private and has large outdoor space for enjoying time relaxing on your vacation.  Beautifully furnished 2100 sq. ft. home, 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths with large walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom in all the bedrooms.  1 car attached/enclosed garage.  A private plunge pool for cooling off and large outdoor area for enjoying your time outdoors in the tropical sun.

This home has a traditional architecture with a very open, spacious living and kitchen area with custom wood cabinets. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliance and granite countertops.  All the luxuries of home and much more.

The spacious living space will be more than enough for your group.  Your group will enjoy being close to all the amenities Playa Hermosa has to offer.  In just minutes, you can walk everywhere you may want to go in town.  Restaurants, bank machine, grocery shopping are only a short 5 minute walk.  The Liberia International airport is only 20 minutes away.

Relaxing stay

Very clean. Service was impeccable. Ac unit broke and within 30 minutes a repair man was there and got it going very quick. I will stay here again

Nice house and pool

The house and pool were very good. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and each one having a bathroom is great. The pool isn’t large but refreshing on a hot day. There is a little traffic noise being right on the busy road.

Very nice property. Near a principal street so there was noice, and the pool filter didn't work at all times.
