Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom 1930's home features a traditional floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 50” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom. A sleeper sofa is available in the fourth bedroom for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations.

A changing table and crib are available in the upstairs bedroom, as well as a pack and play.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area in the basement, private backyard, fire-pit, lounge chairs, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Home away from home

Our host was awesome, reachable n receptive to our needs. The area was great for all aspects of venue whether relaxing by the nearby lakes, eating out, shopping or enjoying the very walkable amusement park or just plain sitting at home away from the daily stresses. Thank you.

Seabreeze house

-very good location, especially if using in summer. Walkable to parkside diner, mini golf, amusement park, many restaurants -important to be aware that nicest bedroom on first floor and other bedrooms upstairs on other side of house -older home that could use a coat of paint and some updating but is overall clean and practical -no coffee pot -good communication and check in process

not what we thought

Perfect location BUT the house is in poor condition.I really hate to say that and hate doing this comments but it’s the truth.Photos on the site don’t match reality.Dishes, cookware, silver ware, cups…..in fact just anything was disgusting. Dust bunnies all over, sticky surfaces, dirty drawers, ugly windows….Dried food on the plates, pan (1 pan for such a big residence !!!! Really ???) , knives, forks and spoons…..UughhhDead bugs, hair almost on all floors and/or behind doors and in drawers, one single ugly sponge for the dishes……Availability of amenities doesn’t match either. Frying pan is unusable, only one roll of paper toilet for 7 people, broken shower sliding door……etc….etc..The entire house would REALLY need more than a refresh in and outside.The owner though was very reactive and did what she could (delivered Iron board steamer with extra chocolate candy as apologies)The owner wasn’t aware of all the things going wrong and told us she’ll take care of it after our stay.She also offered to send a cleaning team during our stay but we declined because we should have had to leave while it was cleaned and we couldn’t since we were 7 people and had a lot on our plate to prepare a wedding.Hope everything will be fixed because itreally could be a nice spot .Thank you Plushy and sorry for telling the truth.
