The Space:
Escape to Aspen Glen, a peaceful retreat in a Northwest Colorado Springs neighborhood. This newly designed and fully equipped home offers a private entrance, a modern kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply seeking relaxation, Aspen Glen provides the perfect setting for your stay.

LIVING ROOM
Step into the warm and newly decorated living room as you enter the home. Relax and unwind with the large Smart TV, Nintendo game system, DVD player, and an assortment of DVDs for your entertainment. Dog owners will appreciate the dog toys and multiple dog beds available.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The main level features a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen with an island for your convenience, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, and some cooking spices. Enjoy the provided coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.

BACKYARD
From the dining room, access the fully fenced backyard, a private oasis where you can relax and unwind. Gather around the wood fire pit, enjoy the outdoor seating, and make lasting memories with loved ones. This space is perfect for furry friends to roam and play as well.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS
Head down a half flight of stairs where the lower level features a Queen bedroom and a Full bedroom, each equipped with its own Roku Smart TVs and closets for your convenience.

DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a few feminine products and face wipes.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
Head up a half flight of stairs where the upstairs level hosts the Queen master bedroom with its TV, an abundance of closet space, and direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
Between the upstairs bedrooms, the full bathroom with a standing shower is fully stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels.

UPSTAIRS BUNK BEDROOM
Right upstairs, the cozy Queen bed with a Full bed bunk above offers maximum versatility with loved ones and friends! Enjoy the bedroom having its TV and closet as well. Inside the closet, explore our collection of board games and entertainment options, conveniently stored away for when the time is right! Enjoy a fun-filled night without any disappointments!

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
We have you covered with a high chair and pack-n-play, ensuring a comfortable stay for your little ones.

You will have the entire house and a fully-fenced backyard to yourselves during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Located in the northwest part of Colorado Springs, this home is tucked away behind the neighborhood known as Rockrimmon! It's a beautiful area that's peaceful and hidden form the commotion of the city!

Getting Around:
Only an 8 minute drive and you'll reach I-25 to make getting anywhere in Colorado springs relatively easy and quick!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

Don't worry about our stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city. COS Permit: A-STRP-24-0447
