Beautiful house

The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing for a great place to relax after busy days out and about. We enjoyed our stay and are so glad we found this property!

Great vacation home

I'm so glad we chose this place for our vacation. It was close to the beach but far enough away to have relaxing evenings after a long busy day at the beach. The house was the perfect size for our family. The hosts were very personable and stayed in communication if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again!

Originally a "Buckeye", and having spent many years in the hotel industry, we have found the Wilmington North Carolina area to be a terrific place to be, whether as a temporary guest or as a resident. The ocean breezes, tons of restaurants, shopping and attractions. And, it's easy to expand the travel to the other Carolinas coastal communities. Interesting places to visit!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very safe, small, quiet and comfortable; great for families.

What makes this property unique

We just finished renovating the kitchen so that it's not only up-to-date but very functional and convenient for families. And, we have furnished it so that it is comfortable and un-hotel-like. We have games and puzzles for kids (even cornhole boards in the shed). We like to sit on the back patio, under the umbrella and enjoy coffee and tea while watching the wildlife.
