You'll enjoy a three story, three bedroom, two and one-half bathroom unit overlooking downtown with the mountains of the Mt. George Range beyond to the east. Sip a morning coffee on the generous patio watching the sun come up over the mountains. Start your evening in the same spot with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc at the bistro tables while the late afternoon tasting crowd below begin their preparation for an evening of fine dining at the countless downtown restaurants.
This home is fully stocked with every amenity from the quality cooking and kitchen utensils, to the fullsize washer/dryer, to the large smart TVs in every room. Leave your car in the assignd garage space as you will be able to walk to everything.

Hello. We live locally in Napa, just a couple miles from this wonderful unit. I will greet you upon your arrival and walk you through the unit, if you like. I am a phone call and a short drive away to handle any unforeseen issues and I'd love to give you suggestions and ideas for things to do while you are in town.
We love this place so much that when it is not occupied, we sometimes stay there just to enjoy the convenience and excitement of living in the thriving downtown neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
You won't believe how conveniently and centrally located this lovely getaway is. You are literally steps from some of the finest restaurants, wine bars, shops, and events in the wine country. Park your car in the covered garage on your arrival and never need it again your entire stay. Not only is the walking downtown wonderful, but exploring the adjacent neighborhoods is equally enjoyable.

This property is brand new with new amenities throughout. The balcony overlooking downtown is the perfect spot to hang out morning, afternoon, or evening.
