Nestled in a quiet neighborhood full of lush greenery — and just a few minutes' walk from iconic Haystack Rock, rolling waves, and downtown Cannon Beach — this little 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom gem can accommodate up to 4 people.

When you first arrive at Arbor House, you will be welcomed into a secluded, tranquil world. Don't be surprised if you wake up to see an elk or two frolicking through the grass, or rabbits nibbling on some herbs in the garden.

Step through the front door and find yourself in an inviting great room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a charming living room with a comfy couch and large, flat-screen TV. Arbor House's bathroom can also be found on the first floor and is complete with a shower/bathtub combination, so you can quickly rinse off the ocean, or take some time to soak and relax.

Both bedrooms can be found upstairs with the master containing an additional flat-screen TV. Each room features a comfortable queen bed and wonderful outdoor views. You will find the stackable washer and dryer upstairs as well, to make washing off sandy clothes quick and convenient.

The small, front yard deck is the ideal spot to greet the morning sun with a warm cup of coffee, while the spacious backyard features a gas BBQ, a lovely picnic table, and ample room for group games.

Peaceful, refreshing, and close enough to the ocean to hear the crashing waves, Arbor House is the perfect location for a small family to have a grand Cannon Beach vacation.

Great stay. The home was wonderful. All good. I wouldn’t stay there again though because of only one bathroom downstairs. So trips up and down at night wasn’t ideal. Lastly, WiFi and cell service was very spotty. All in all it was a great trip. If it had a half bath upstairs I would stay there again

Fabulous location

House needs 3 mirrors: by front door, instead of the art piece, and in each bedroom. Also hot water heater may need attention. Couldn’t take 2 showers in same hour. Loved the property especially its location.

Perfect location

This place was situated in an ideal location...easy walking to downtown and easy access to the beach and all it has to offer. The keyless entry was great and easy to use! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and the bathroom was well stocked with linens and paper products. The only thing I would suggest is to have instructions and/or a channel guide for the TVs. We sort of figured it out, but instructions would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

Enjoyable house

We liked to stay there. The house and everything inside was new and clean. The house stands by itself in a quiet and green forest-type neighborhood. No traffic noise. Short walk to the beach. There is a nonslippery bathtub, and good qualty towels. All equipment is new. We did not mind to clean our plates. Door access, TV, and WiFi is very easy. Mattress is good. Additional blankets are available. Heating was effective. We recommend this place and would like to return.
