I already loved Salt Lake Cuty but this place made me love it even more. The house was quintessential vintage charm but it also had all the amenities you could ask for, including a huge fenced in outdoor space. The location couldn’t be better. Both the beds (although small) were super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 2 thumbs up

We absolutely loved staying here in Salt lake with our family!! The kiddos very much enjoyed the play room and the backyard amenities and it made our experience so much better not having to worry about bringing toys and renting certain baby items from elsewhere. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, walkable to many places. The host was easy to communicate with, and the house is spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the kids room, which comes already with a crib, toys, and books. The fenced in backyard is a huge plus, with swing and trampoline. The gardens around the house are filled with fragrant herbs. Only downside was one small bathroom, but we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, and there are lots of books to read on the many bookshelves. I would recommend this place!

Spacious inside and out, located within blocks of city center in our former neighborhood with bus stops close by, and has the kitchen and laundry essentials. Check-in/checkout was easy. Excellent value. Stayed here a month. Would stay here again.

We really appreciated the small things that made travelling with a four year old easier, the play kitchen, books, and even a step stool. The only thing that wasn't super comfortable was the heat, we turned it up but the house doesn't retain heat very well. I'm sure it would be much more comfortable when it's not below freezing and next time we'll try turning the heat up further. Also the house could use a kettle, but the induction stove made boiling water extremely fast.

Nice neighborhood

The house was clean but it got cold and they didn't want anybody working the heater and it wasn't no extra blankets

Great place for a small family

This small and charming house is in a great location for accessing SLC -close to grocery store and downtown attractions-, and is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, and it has a big private backyard with some stuff for kids to play on. My wife and adult daughter spent 5 days there. Because we are all adults, we found the beds a little small. The child's room really has a child's bed in it and the main bedroom also has a rather small double (maybe a queen? idk, it felt smaller). Anyway one of us had to sleep on the couch which was fine after they brought over an extra blanket. Overall we were very happy to stay there and would definitely consider it again when we return to visit SLC.

Perfect relaxing place

We had such a great time at this location! The yard was the main selling point for me. We spent most of the time outside moving from one sitting area to the other, following the shade which turned out to be great in 98F weather. I loved the yard from the first glance I took at this property. Be aware that the sprinklers are set every night just before midnight; don’t leave anything that can get wet on the grass area. I took a shower on my first night here. That was fun! The patio area is save from the sprinkler. Lots of fruits, flowers and squirrels.Yes, this charming house is from the late 1800s, but it has enough space for a small group of people and kids. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and necessities. Hot water on command, AC worked perfectlyThe house is on a prime location close to everything Coffee & bagel shop just around the corner. While the place is very close to downtown Salt Lake, it is also very peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and ‘recharging your batteries’We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. We felt like we got great value for the price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.Excellent communication from the rental staff , very clear and easy check-in/check-out information. They are incredibly responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay here again if in town.
