About this property

This is a newer construction house built in 2006 to modern standards.

As you enter the home through the front grand entrance, you're greeted with a sitting room that leads to the sliding glass doors to the covered outdoor space. To the left will be the master bedroom and bathroom. To the right leads to a bedroom with twin side bunk beds. Continue through the hallway, and you're greeted with an oversized kitchen stocked with pots and pans to show off your cooking skills to your guests. If cooking isn't your thing, the massive living room boasts two large couches and a large smart TV.

The additional two guest bedrooms are off the hallway from the kitchen. The guest bathroom is straight ahead and has a modern glass shower.

Park your vehicles out of the sun in the large 2.5 car garage.

Our experience at this property

Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this property. This property was very spacious. I really don't have many negatives to list. The positives outweigh the negatives with this listing. There needs to be more patio furniture so more people can sit out and enjoy the scenery. The neighborhood was beautiful. The grill needs some TLC because it was so dirty that we didn't even bother using it. If possible, the hot tub needs to be taken off of the property description unless it's going to be replaced because it was no hot tub present. Lastly, it would be a good idea to put TVs in each bedroom. Again, we did get a good place for our money spent. Any communication with the host, Andrew, was prompt and courteous.

Very poor service from host

The house is centrally located and clean. However the main bedroom had no top sheet on the bed, very few hangers(had to buy more. The patio has no serviceable furniture ( 1 chair, others broken). I reserved during summer, with understanding to unit had a hot tub, only to have the host message me that it was missing( after my opportunity for a refund had passed),I requested a $500 refund from the total cast of $5500. To date the host has not cooperated. The host offered a token $100 refund which I find unacceptable considering the initial cost. I would not recommend this property as you can expect poor service. There are other properties with similar cost, that one might expect better customer service. I also sent a message to the folk at VRBO but have yet to receive a response👎

Dirty and not what is advertised in the pictures!

Buyer beware, this is an inattentive owner or property manager. My first one star is due to the cleanliness. Our housemates had to change their sheets upon arrival. Don’t ask why……ugh The grill was broken and disgusting. There was grease spilled all over and smelled rancid. The screen area on patio pictured is non existent. The hot tub also gone. Results of Ian? The ad did not reflect this. Upon arrival we didn’t get the code we had to ask for it. As for the WiFi? We were not provided with the password, at all. Even after asking. Not enough chairs in the living room or on the patio for the 4 of us. Very uncomfortable. I let the owner know my frustrations and he never replied. Never had an experience like this. Very unfortunate.
