About this property

Cottage in the Trees

Enjoy the amazing Charleston weather! The 800 sqft cottage was built in 2018 and features vaulted ceilings, teak floors, and large front porch. It is tucked in a secluded and shady spot. Enjoy the plentiful wildlife, a dock, fishing pond, and a fire pit! Gas grill and we always try to have plenty of firewood and fresh eggs from our hens. Located just 20 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Kiawah. Unfortunately, no children under 12. Sorry no exceptions, children must be over 12 years old.

Bad idea for older people

We were not happy with the beds the loft has a small ladder straight up to get to the bed. The bed downstairs was about 3 to 3 1/2 feet off the floor
