The place was exactly as pictured. We had a completely contactless check-in and Colleen answered our questions via the app immediately when we had any. Great location to go to all of the different areas of Charleston. Shem Creek, just a couple of miles down the road is a great place to try different restaurants, relax, and have a couple of drinks.

Supplies were very minimal. It looked like the dish soap was diluted with water and not much of it. The backyard view of the house was very messy. There was no acknowledgement of us checking out nor instructions that I saw, such as "text us when you leave."

We had an issue with our locking system, on our first day. Checked in. Left to get groceries. Door locked. Came back. Door opened. Leaving to meet friends for dinner reservations. Door does NOT lock! Tried everything! Tryed 3 numbers for host. Left text and voicemails. Nothing. Called VRBO. On phone, with a "game" of on- hold and transfers for over an hour! Much more I could elaborate on. Disappointed on support in general! Husband finally found a "YouTube" abd fixed it. Missed our dinner completely...
