Sunset Villas Apartment is located only steps away from beautiful Lake of Egypt and Pyramid Acres Marina! Without a doubt, this is the best location on the lake. This is the perfect place for a family vacation, fishing/hunting trip, touring the wine trails, or simply exploring beautiful Southern Illinois. Come, relax, and enjoy your stay with us and see for yourself everything this location has to offer. We have 3 Apts in same building on VRBO to accommodate large family vacations.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 room with queen bed and 1 room with 2 twin beds), 1 full bath, full kitchen with table and chairs, washer/dryer, and a spacious living room. Flat screen TVs with Roku are located in the living room and in each bedroom. WIFI is also provided. Please bring you own login.

Outside, you will have covered parking for a single vehicle. Additional parking is available directly across from the apartment, with plenty of room to park a truck and trailer.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside.

Great stay!

The marina is very close and easy to walk to. Very clean, lots of room through out the apartment, beds are super comfortable, big kitchen. Ashley is easy to contact, answers questions quickly. We stayed several nights for a fishing tournament, ample parking space for the boat and SUV. There is an easily accessed plug in for the boat battery. We had a great time and it was so convenient being so close to the marina and an easy to drive into Marion. Hope to come back again!

Perfect once again!

We just absolutely love Sunset Villas. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed or surprised by anything. The convenience to the marina is what keeps bringing us back, and the ample parking out of the commonly overflowing boat launch lot. We will be back again soon.

Perfect location on the lake, close to marina. The apartment actually seemed a lot larger than the pictures made it look! The bed was super comfortable also ( loved the comforter, was actually looking online for one just like it😊) We will definitely be back!

Weekend visit

Very convenient location- close to the marina and bar with live entertainment. We loved spending the day on the lake and being only a few minute walk back to the property. Everything as advertised- clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
