This private Hawk’s View property is a true gem of Lake Lure. Immerse yourself in the mountaintop views from inside and outside your lovely vacation rental and be at ease with it all. When you’re not out exploring and hiking, perhaps, come back to your home base for the ultimate retreat.

The interior boasts of upscale and custom fixtures with vaulted ceilings and two-story panoramic windows, perfect for viewing the gorgeous mountains and valleys. The combination of comfortable furnishings and the gas-burning fireplace makes this home cozy as can be. In the adjoining space, there is a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with an island for preparing meals, along with a dining space for gathering together. The game room features a pool and ping pong table for additional fun.

Unwind on the large, wrap-around deck where you can view the gorgeous sunsets in the morning, or relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit at night. This home also features WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private/washer, providing all the essentials for an amazing stay!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
-4 wheel or All wheel drive is required to access the property. Standard sedans and non all wheel/ 4 wheel drive will have difficulty making it up to the road to the house.

A Truely AWESOME Cabin with Beautiful Mountain Views

Very spacious Log Home that had everything for a relaxing mountain vacation. The Long range Mountain views from the deck were amazing. Being able to enjoy the hot tub was something to look forward to after hiking and exploring the area.

Nice views and fun for the kids

Beautiful property with amazing views. Game room was a hit with the kids! It’s too bad the bedding was so uncomfortable, everyone had difficulty sleeping.

Great view

overall stay was amazing, drive up to property was a bit nerving. Thankful my Toyota 4Runner had 4 wheel drive to handle the steep 2.5 mile up to the property. I feel this should have been mentioned in the property description before reservation confirmation.

very nice cabin

If you’re looking for a secluded cabin this one is it. Breathtaking views! make sure you have 4 wheel drive because the gravel road gets pretty steap at times. I recommend arriving the first time during day light hours for that mountain climb. decks were nice and so was the hot tub. Fire pit was a great hit too. Only knock we had on our trip was we should of waited a couple weeks for the leaves turn because that view would of been out of this world Make sure you check out chimney rock park too and also lake lure, it’s one of the clearest lakes I’ve seen in the south east
