Beautiful Unit walking distance from the beach. Perfect getaway to come and enjoy sunny South Florida.Very family oriented and lots to do! Lauderdale by the sea beach offers a large variety for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. With Thirty-four different restaurants on commercial Boulevard alone. If you're looking for something fast and casual or fine dining, it has something for everyone!

The Space:
This apartment is one of three homes in the triplex. There are designated parking spaces, one per unit. Additional parking locations if needed will be provided upon request. You have a shared walkway and your own private living quarters with your private outdoor patio space.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is allowed indoors.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to the rental application. There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guest and home that are not to be tampered with. In doing so may face automatic cancellation. There is a noise monitoring device in the home.

Family weekend

We went for a quick family weekend. We were close to the beach-10 minute walk and had an awesome day just lounging by the water. The property was very nice and spacious. And parking was right outside our door. It was awesome!

Perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved this house. It is so convenient for getting to the beach, grocery store and local restaurants -nothing is more than a few blocks away! The property itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The host was incredibly responsive and promptly helped out with any requests we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!
