Great location, close to town to get everything you need but located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood for when you want to wind down.Check-in was easy and the property owner touched base a few times during our stay just to make sure everything was perfect.Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the U.P.
Good location, comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, great sitting area. Great location to grocery store and site seeing.A huge drawback was the lack of recycling bin or place to take recycleable things.
Nice neighborhood. Clean and well stocked house. Big kitchen with nice pots, pans, silverware, dishes etc. Comfortable and clean furniture. Big garage to park and store our bikes. We will be back!!!
Loved the house and property. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to explore St. Ignace, Mackinac Island and Mackinac City. It was a great location for our family trip.
Parking easy, nice neighborhood but one of my dogs was attacked by an aggressive dog across the street while out walking. House smelled a bit musty at first but cleared up as we aired it out. Some spots in house were dirty, and I found a straight pin on the carpeted floor in master bedroom. We had a lovely time!
Awesome place with SO much room! Very clean! My suggestion is though, we had 6 people for reservation and table accommodates 4, when playing cards the stools they provide not practical!! Also toilet paper has to be the cheapest & worse we have ever had (6 women)-the Casino had way better or any gas station bring your own for sure!!!
Very quiet neighborhood, everything was within a short drive or walk. The pictures do not do this property justice very well kept spacious and just a wonderful place to relax and visit with friends and family. The Spradlin’s
We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a day at Traverse City, rented a boat to go tubing on Mullet Lake, spent a day at Mackinac Island and a day kayaking, putt putting and even did an Escape Room at Know Way Out. We had a great time and made many wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
This was a wonderful home. It was everything as advertised and then some. The location was perfect and close to the docks and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable, roomy and well stocked with the basics. Beds very comfortable after long days. We would not hesitate to recommend to others or stay here again if ever in this area again. A great experience for the four of us.
Clean. Comfortable. Convenient location. Furniture is not what is shown but still nice. Only negatives are you can hear trucks on the highway(if you’re use to quiet) and the TV in the bedroom was not functional, nothing connected to it and is not a smart TV so it’s just decorative unless you bring your own DVD player (just would have been nice to know).
Regardless we still would definitely recommend and stay again!
Great home base to explore the UP and Mackinac Island
Great house! Comfy beds, great showers, nice layout for family with young kids. Kids enjoyed the rec room! There was definitely some dog hair around, not a dealbreaker for us, but something to consider if there are pet allergies. Would also recommend getting some casserole dishes for cooking. Overall this is a great house and we’d definitely book it again! Thanks :)
This house was perfect for us. We had two dogs and needed a dog friendly house. We understand that it was plain for a purpose. Why create a 5 star experience in a house that could be torn up or damaged by dogs? As such, it was well priced, comfortable, and the location was fine. Check in was a breeze and the property managers were responsive and helpful every time I reached out. I would book it again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The home is comfortable and reasonably equipped. The beds are memory foam and therefore provide a lot of underneath storage since there are no box springs. There is ample closet and dresser space throughout. The living room provides ample seating for a group with views of the front yard. The furniture is not as pictured but comparable though two of the chairs have no arms (not important to our group). We found that overall the appliances were dated but functional. There were ample bath towels but no washcloths. Also very limited kitchen towels with no means to hand wash pots & pans or dishes -- no sponge nor washing cloth though dish soap was provided.Having access to the garage was wonderful for security and protection from the rain. The depth of the garage is somewhat short due to a workbench but did fit the Durango rental with some guidance. We enjoyed the location in St. Ignace with easy access to all the UP has to offer, as well as close to ferries to Mackinac Island!
The place smelled. Don’t know whether it was old smoke that you can’t get out of the house or just musty. Found a dirty sock by the bed- so how clean was it? Dishes weren’t clean either- coffee stains in mugs- when I washed them in the dishwasher, it came out. Also, the ping pong area smelled so badly, I couldn’t go in it after checking it out.
