About this property

Only minutes to theme park, family condo, beautiful resort style.

Beautiful townhouse near all the parks. Everything you need at your reach. Walk in distance Walmart. Nice and clean spacious with a private pool. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation at beautiful Orlando. The outside grill can be used for an additional fee of$85 per stay. The pool heater can be used for an additional fee of $35 per night (minimum of 3 nights). Furniture and décor may be changed or updated without prior notice.
Air conditioner should be not lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit and not higher than 78 Fahrenheit. We understand light cleaning is part of vacation, but if the home is left excessively dirty (beyond reasonable use), additional cleaning fees may apply. $50.
Please:
      •   Wash used dishes or load them into the dishwasher. No dirty dishes should be left and no garbage should be left inside the house
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No pets allowed.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew. (9:00 PM-8:00 AM)
Please turn the AC up when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
