6 of our family members stayed here for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space for us (and a nice concrete driveway for our vehicles). With 4 bedrooms and a large smart TV in each bedroom, the home was a great set up for us. The neighborhood is really nice and we felt extremely safe. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again someday! Gregg (the owner) was very responsive to my messages and answered my questions quickly!

Unfortunately, the condition of the house did not meet expectations.The house was not clean upon arrival, and we found several windows left open with towels stuffed in them. In the kitchen, the dishes were greasy and the dishwasher did not seem to work properly. Additionally, the space felt quite cluttered with a lot of personal belongings, which made it difficult to settle in.

This property was not as we expected. Recommend a professional cleaning and general cleaning outside back yard. Host contact was good however accommodations were very disappointing. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this by far needs improvement.

House was very clean plenty of parking we had 5 guys and 4 of us drove. The house had tons of spices snacks vitamins and other pantry items the owner left a note saying we could have whatever, we didn’t spend much time at the house but Gregg was super accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early. Smart tv in the living room super convenient Plenty of space nobody complained about beds and we slept on everyone in the house and the couch! Nice patio area with a fan. Great stay for any one looking to experience Woodstock/ local golf courses. Extremely grateful for Gregg and his hospitality!

The electrical outlet by the second sink in the master bathroom was not safe. The master bedroom windows did not completely close at the top and had towels stuffed to seal some but not all. Bugs were able to get in from others. As well as outside noise. There was a lot of Amway supplies and personal stuff around the house that should have been locked up. This also made some spaces cluttered and not comfortable.

Stay with a stranger

Home had a random stranger staying in the “middle room”. This is not a rental all to yourself. Not a situation you would ever feel comfortable for your family. We left immediately after tour. This place shouldn’t be listed on vrbo, maybe the other rental place, but this was not as advertised. Of course vrbo didn’t refund, absolutely pathetic business.
