Waterfront/7 min walk to Beach-TikiBar-Pool-Boat rentals-Marina-Gym

The best sunsets are at Little Harbor on Bahia Beach. Our well appointed townhome faces west and is beautifully furnished. It features new table & dining chairs, new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. The main bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play.

The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds.

The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. There are two restaurants, plus the community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playground, boating, and 2 marinas with slips.

Golf cart available for an additional fee through the owner or other sources and is not included in the rent.

This place is beautiful and well accommodates 5 adults. It is a place to go and relax! Not many shops around but vacation is about relaxing to me. Everything needed was a short walk away, 2 restaurants, pier, pool, hot tub, weight room and a small beach. Not a lot of people or traffic. The host was amazing and always answered when I needed her!

We live in Indiana but just love Florida. While visiting earlier, we began looking for property to purchase for future use. We stayed at the hotel here in The Resort & Club at Little Harbor and fell in love with this area. The rest is history and here we are.

We chose this community because it truly is a quiet, private, off the beaten path treasure. A hidden gem if you will!

What makes this property unique

The benefits are awesome here. You can do as much or as little as you like. The area offers tranquility yet is within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of everything. Busch Gardens, Adventure Water Park, Lego Land, Disney, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and all Tampa and St. Pete have to offer, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, airports, outlets, etc. It is right on Tampa Bay and has incredible sunsets and absolutely amazing weather.
