About this property

Sleeps 8 - The first floor has a living room with a couch, dining area, newly renovated kitchen, and full bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). The second floor has two sleeping areas with queen beds. Pets are now welcome in our cabins for $25 a night. The following is provided for your use during your stay: Outdoor frill, frying pan, grilling glove, grilling utensils (long fork, spoon, and spatula), utensil pack for 8 (forks, knives, spoons), cups/plates/bowls for 8, fridge, two burner cooktop, coffee maker, 5-gallon water jug, bedding, bath towels, dish towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Arapaho Valley Ranch is a gorgeous, family-owned guest ranch in Colorado’s beautiful Grand County. Our ranch is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and is nestled in one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. This area features hiking trails, waterfalls, and historic steam engines from the old town of Monarch. We have a private hiking trail that leads to our “kissing swing” overlooking the headwaters of the Colorado River Valley.
