Troy's Cabin in North Conway with Hot Tub

Enjoy the 4 seasons of the White Mountains at this cozy cabin that is available once again after a complete renovation . This cabin is privately centered in the heart of North Conway close to many ski resorts, outlets, hiking trails, 15 minute walk to a beach on the Saco, and restaurants. Get ready to relax and enjoy all the pleasures that this rustic Cabin has to offer, including the private courtyard with a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring!

About the cabin: This is a rustic cabin with modern features. It is furnished with Green Mountain Furniture and décor throughout to complete the cabin feel. The cabin has all new appliances and a new ductless mini split system (heat and AC) for your comfort during all 4 seasons. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the gas fireplace in the living area. There is patio furniture on the screened in farmers porch to enjoy 3 seasons. The courtyard has a hot tub, grill and fire pit!

30$ per night for 1 dog. Must clean up all pet waste and keep off all furniture or bring your own covers for beds & couch. If there’s dog waste left behind anywhere or excess dog fur or other signs of the dog on furniture the extra cleaning fee that our cleaner charges us will be charged to you.

Please be advised-- the bedrooms are connected which is better suited for families and close friends. (To get to the queen bedroom you must walk through the bunk bedroom.) We have installed a curtain divider for better privacy!

Our cabin is serviced by a private well with a water treatment system, ensuring water is safe for showering and cooking. For drinking, we recommend using bottled water, as the well water may occasionally have an unpleasant odor or taste (though we drink it without issue). The hot tub, filled with treated well water, is thoroughly cleaned and balanced between each guest to ensure a refreshing experience, though minor staining or scale may occur due to the natural mineral content.

This is a Cabin in the woods of New Hampshire. There may be bugs and other wild life outside of the cabin depending on the season. Bugs & other wild life may end up in the house if the doors are kept open too long. We do have a monthly subscription to keep the pests at a minimum.

There are security cameras on property. Disabling and/or tampering with them is a violation of the rules and subject to cancellation with no refund.

Camera 1 is a spotlight facing outward, toward the porch.
Camera 2 is a spotlight located on the side, facing outward toward the driveway.
Camera 3 is a spot light located on the home facing the yard and swing.
Camera 4 is a spot light located on the garage facing the driveway.
The cameras do not look into any interior spaces or the private courtyard. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device. The cameras are used for security of our property including; confirm the cleaners have arrived, necessary maintenance has been performed, guests have checked in / out at the correct time, there aren't any unauthorized guests or pets and all rules have been followed.


The Cabin is located on a 5mph private dirt road. 4X4 / AWD may be necessary in winter / spring. Please be advised it can get dusty when it’s dry and muddy when it is wet!

There is a beach on the Saco that is a 15 minute walk. There is no parking down at the beach as it is private to the neighborhood. If you’re interested in walking to the beach let me know and i can explain how to get there!
