I stayed here with my family for a 3-day golf tournament I was competing in and we loved it. It was super clean, great layout, and all of the finishes were well thought out. Additionally, it is very conveniently located - only about a 20-minute drive to Longboat Key where the tournament was being held, 15 mins to St. Armands Circle/Lido Beach, 10 mins to downtown. Jennifer was a great host - very responsive and made check-in/check-out very easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house was super clean. Host thought of all amenities you could possibly need. The coffee bar was especially nice. Communication was also perfect prior to stay and leaving. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again.

Amazing place. Very convenient, clean and comfy. We truly enjoyed the attention to detail and atmosphere here. If we are ever in the Sarasota area again we’d stay here for sure.

Jennifer is a wonderful host!! You will definitely enjoy the warm, inviting atmosphere of this home. It was perfect for us and our two adult children. The kitchen and baths have everything you need as a traveler. Would highly recommend and will be staying again if we ever have the opportunity.

Jen was an incredible host! We were in town for a family wedding and the rehearsal was moved up. We really needed a place to get ready before the check in time due to traveling in from 3 different states. Jen was very accommodating and let us check in a little early and it was perfect. The property was amazing, clean, updated and beautiful. My family was very comfortable in the house with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If we are in need of a place again in the area we will definitely book with Jen! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I don’t think the photos do this place justice. This is a recently updated home with EVERYTHING you need. It is well stocked and has everything for a beach day. The plentifulness of towels was a rare vrbo find. I also like that there are not a lot of checkout tasks - which can be super annoying. It actually made me want to do more things at checkout. Great hosts!

As someone who believes that ratings of 10 are often a bit generous, I can assuredly say that Jennifer’s place deserves a 10 or even more. It was immaculate, spacious, and so easy to stay in. Everything you might need was available but neatly packed away in cabinets or drawers, leaving so much space for relaxation. Everything seemed as if it was bought just for our visit. Just a wonderful place and very highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Jennifer’s home and it was just as clean and well stocked as it was 2 years ago! Her attention to detail is like nothing I’ve ever seen. My mom, sisters, and I had a wonderful time and Jennifer is the perfect host!! (You go, girl :)

We loved our stay in Ingraham House 2, clean, fresh. with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed the back sunroom a lot. We were very comfortable, and will stay here again.
