Great location.

We had two family reunions and it is such a perfect location. Very private and so much room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the water sports, yard games and fishing. The adult had plenty of space outside and inside when the weather didn’t cooperate. The kitchen is very nice. We found everything we needed for a great long weekend. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful place! Everything was so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. So were the bathrooms. We appreciated the little touches too of a welcome card, some chocolates and the s'mores kits. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice stay on Lake Bemidji.

Perfect spot for family gathering

We were so pleased with the house. Very clean and a great fit for our group. We loved the water sport options. There is so much seating available on a great deck overlooking the lake. We hope to return next summer. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a guys trip for a weekend of fishing.

Nice, quite little cabin right on lake bemidji with easy access to the lake for ice fishing. Was clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was super great to work with. Plenty of room for parking 3 trucks and trailer. Planning on booking again for next years ice fishing trip.

Wonderful

Fantastic home! So many amenities and close to Bemidji for convenience but far enough to have the out in the woods feel. Bike trail is so close to the house - we enjoyed that quite a bit. We also enjoyed the kayaks, SUP and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

The property was perfect for a long weekend visit to our BSU college students! Two small families fit perfectly. We ice fished, enjoyed the local establishments and appreciated all the property had to offer. Clean, well stocked and a beautiful location on the lake. Thank you, we’ll be back!!

Quick Family Get-A-Way

This location was so well stocked! We never had to think..."Gee...I wish they had xyz here." There was also a wide variety of activities to keep our teens busy, which gives Mom & Dad a chance to relax! The wildlife (right in the backyard) was amazing! The fishing was pretty good too!

Snowmobiling Weekend

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful lake house. Everything was exactly as described. Beautifully furnished, well stocked, comfy and inviting. Snowmobile trail right at the end of the drive. We will definitely be back.

Friends weekend

This property is amazing. They have everything you really would ever need. When we booked this we planned to do some snowmobiling but Mother Nature had others plans….no snow. We had a fantastic time anyway. Took in time in Duluth and Park Rapids. Will definitely be back again.

BSU alumni volleyball girls weekend

What a great place to stay! All the little touches of great hosts. The chocolates, the bathroom counter items that are easily forgotten when traveling, the quality of the beds-sheets-pillows and blankets- the deck and fire pit with the fire pit all ready to light and enjoy. By far the best VRBO rental I have ever booked. Can you please tell me where you found the sticker? I want to get one for everyone in our group, the ones I have found are all much larger. We will definitely be back. The group is wondering when we can book this same weekend for next year.

Great house, great owners!

This was our first time on a lake in MN. We have gone to N. Michigan for many, many years but as I had some business in Minneapolis, we decide to tack on a trip to Lake Bemidji. House was lovely and owners have thought of so many extra touches such as a S'mores box and marshmallow toasting sticks. House was also well stocked with T.P., paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. This is not typical in may rental homes. We also rented the Pontoon which I highly recommend. So much fun to be out on the lake fishing (although zero luck) and just riding around. Can't recommend this house highly enough. Thanks Kirbys!

Great home, great location close to town and Paul Bunyan Trail. The house was fully stocked with most of what a person needs for their stay at the lake, which was nice. Really close to the water, too! There were two nice apple trees on the property, which my kids loved! I would say, though, that the pictures of the lake were inaccurate online. It was full of weeds, snails, and clams, which made swimming difficult and less enjoyable. Two people ended up getting their feet cut while walking in the water. The slide shown was also broken--the left railing was not attached and had jagged metal pieces where it was supposed to be connected to the main frame. The pontoon shown and marketed on the online booking was also not actually available due to storm damage. One of the queen beds was also completely bowed in in the middle.
