Great Host, Great Location

The host was awesome and kept us informed up to check-in so we had no worries once arriving. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to plenty of stores and the downtown area of Lewisburg. Also within driving distance to many hiking opportunities and caves. It was perfect for our short 2-night stay. Definitely recommended!

Traveled for a funeral.

Great host really good communication . Our stay was because of family had lots of guests so we had to find a place to stay on short notice and this place fit the bill and was easy to get and it was very helpful to have a great host.

We stayed over as a halfway drive point to north Myrtle Beach. Every thing was fine, clean the wine was a nice touch. Although none of us drink. We did hear some construction next door but it was time to get up anyways. Thank you for a great visit.

Awesome home

We came up for the Healing Appalachia festival and it was our first time staying in Lewisburg. This home was within minutes of the festival. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Can’t wait until the other section is complete. Would definitely rent this again if available.

Great location to WV State Fairgrounds / Greenbrier

We came in town for a Pygmy Goat Convention at the WV State Fairgrounds and it was only 3 mins away. We also were only 15 mins from the Greenbrier as we took the Vault tour one day. Very clean, straightforward place. All the necessities were supplied and thought of. Easy check-in process and no endless checklist to checkout! Definitely recommend Ryan’s place to anyone coming into the area. Really enjoyed having a washer/dryer after being in the barn all day!

Don't be fooled by the outside

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. Parking could not be any easier, but pulling up to the outside we weren't sure what we were walking into. But once we walked in everything seemed brand new and super clean. The space is conveniently laid out and it was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet. Not much is walkable from the house, but everything seems to be within a 10 minute drive.Regarding the outside, we learned from Ryan that the other side of the house is currently getting renovated to turn it into a another short-term rental space. That explained the boards in the window!We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Ryan's Fairlea house

It was a quiet clean little place to stay. Walking distance to a grocery store and fast food joints. I met Ryan the owner, he was a super nice guy, he was flexible and easy to work with. His place was stocked with all the essentials. I was there for work, but it would be a great home base for a vacation getaway. There's plenty to see in the surrounding towns. If I'm ever in the area for work or pleasure I will definitely contact Ryan and see If he has a place available to stay.

Super comfortable

Ryan is such a great host! He gave us the choice of flannel or regular sheets! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the living room and kitchen spacious and well-appointed. Loved being able to do a load of laundry after a hard day of hiking, while enjoying a show on his giant TV. Thanks, Ryan!

Everything was wonderful!

The place was very clean, the roads in the neighborhood were kept plowed during the storm, and there was plenty of extra stock of things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent! Thank you all again, it was perfect! :)

The owner is thoughtful by providing a dog bed and food dish/water bowl for our dog. Even provided a spare toothbrush in case someone forgot theirs. Simple check in and check out.

Clean and Quiet

We had a nice restful stay. This was our third time to stay here. The house is always clean, the kitchen has what you need to cook or just have a cup of coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is an excellent communicator. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area.
