Charming, raised beach house boasts single-level living with covered parking, game area and picnic grilling area below. A spacious front porch comes furnished with rocking chairs and cushioned sectional.
Indoor common areas include a powder room, great room with TV, open concept dining area, and central eat-in kitchen with adjacent TV den. All four en suite bedrooms (2 share private access) also have a smart TV.
Bring your skiff! The side entrance parking space can accommodate a boat trailer up to 23’ making it convenient to explore the pristine inlet creeks and lazy Waccamaw River.
While the beach is a walkable distance, the nearby public access-ways provide free parking, convenient for bringing your favorite beach provisions – and while you can take the car, renting a golf cart makes it fun!

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 12-minute walk (0.6 miles). Our favorite route leaves the side driveway taking Cayman Loop to Spinnacle Court. One door down on Spinnacle is a golf cart/footpath shortcut with a boardwalk passing through a short section of wooded wetlands and leading to Media Lane where a beach boardwalk with parking is two short blocks away. Note: a dozen neighborhood access-ways are available with variable parking capacity.
BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands.
