Always Wonderful

This house was awesome. Very clean and well-stocked. It is a close walk to the beach. The beds were comfy and the welcome basket made us feel right at home. Will definitely book this one again!!!!

This home perfect for a family

This home is very clean. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It has lots of beach chairs and toys. This was our second time staying here. We highly recommend it!

Lovely beach house

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The house itself was wonderful and very clean. The owners thought of everything we could possibly need! Easy walking distance to beach access.

Another great summer

This is the second summer we have stayed at this property. We enjoy this house and all that it has to offer. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Laurie is fantastic to work with. We have already booked for 2024.

Great house!

This has been my favorite rental in the 5 years I have been coming to Pawley's Island. The house is great for families with kids. It's close to the beach and other local spots. The property manager was very responsive and so nice! I can't wait to come back! It by far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect house for a getaway

Wow! The house was amazing! So light and airy and so well appointed I didn’t want to go home. Very comfortable beds with high quality bedding and towels. Anything you could need in the kitchen, even a snow cone maker with syrups! My 3 yo nephew and I had a blast playing with all the toys. Quiet location in a lovely community and a short walk to the beach. We even saw an alligator and lots of huge birds and turtles just across the street. Can’t wait to return!

Our 2nd Year Here

This was our second year spending early Christmas at North Litchfield beach and I'm sure it won't be our last. The house is spotless, comfortable for 7 of us + our small dog, and has everything we could need for 5 days. We rented a golf cart and can cart/walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Laurie is a very attentive host + we love the decorated Xmas tree. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Simply excellent in every way...

Perfect down to the last detail. Spotless, tasteful decor, equipped with every imaginable feature and exceptional hosts. Easy 5 minute walk to a wide, clean beach, plenty of parking in the driveaway and really nice front and back porches. If I could change one thing... the bathroom scale reads about 20lbs too high :-) but otherwise, this house is absolutely perfect. I can't wait to stay here again!

Coastal charm

I have just returned from staying a month at this property. It is a truly comfortable house with all the special touches that make it a home. The decorating style lets you know immediately that you are in the low country and near the ocean, yet they haven’t forgotten to include all the necessities that you need for your day-to-day life. Having coffee on the back porch in the morning listening to the birds was a daily activity, followed by my retreating to the front porch and a rocking chair in the evening to watch the sunset and to listen to the frogs in the nearby pond. Contact with the owners for a few questions that I had upon arriving were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. The welcome basket filled with special treats was truly appreciated. Do not hesitate to rent this place if you are looking for a beautiful home located near the beach and other special places like Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens as well as the bike path. I suggest renting a golf cart to enjoy rides around the neighborhood and to the beach access point as well.

We had a wonderful week living the “Don’t Worry, Beach Happy” lifestyle. Very well stocked home and beautiful decor! Appreciated having two ensuite restrooms. Great location. We rented a golf cart for the week which was great for the kids but we also could have walked to pool and beach too! Furniture is nice and up to date. Allllll the beach toys, chairs, shade tent, etc was SO nice to have provided. If we had small kiddos, they would have liked all the toys! Thanks so much for sharing this home with us.

We had a great week in this incredible house! It is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened portion of the back porch, where we took our morning coffee. It is a quick walk to the beach, and also very convenient to restaurants and shops.I just can’t say enough about how great this house is!

Gloria & George recently retired from Virginia . Still live in Virginia , but plan on spending more time in Pawley's Island . We enjoy the beach , sometimes all day . We dearly love our 2 children & spouses 5 grand children who are in the Atlanta area . New to hosting but will try to live up to Bruce & Laura's excellent hosting experience.

Why they chose this property

Waccamaw Trace is the perfect location for us . Quiet , safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors . Although away from Grand Strand bustling areas , we enjoy being tucked away close to ocean , 2 blocks , but close enough access to areas of interest .

What makes this property unique

House is very Beachey , Ceiling fans galore ,probably our ideal Beach Home if we built it . Plenty of parking for guests , Porches , inside beautifully decorated with many unique furnishings . Closeness and numerous accesses to the beaches .
