All 3 bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with smart tvs in every bedroom. All on the 2nd level.. fyi ( there are no bedrooms or full baths on the main level.)

Lovely House

Charlie’s House was perfect for our stay in Summerville. Comfortable, clean, well appointed and exactly what we needed. Our 28-year old daughter joined us on the trip and the living room was spacious for all of us to relax in the evenings. Debbie was the perfect host, so we’ll definitely be repeat customers!

Charlie’s House

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Charlie’s House before and perfect for us. The only suggestion I would make is to install a grab bar in the tubs as it can be challenging for us seniors getting out of the tub after a shower.

Wonderful place and host!

Charlie's House felt like home. Some VRBOs can feel cold/sterile. The townhouse was very nice. Host left fresh gourmet muffins for us-how sweet. Privacy fenced backyard was just right for our dogs. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Awesome Charlie’s House

We enjoyed our stay at Charlie’s House. The rental is very homey and well stocked with everything one would need. It was a short drive to our daughters house. The owner was easy to contact and helpful. The blueberry muffins were a delicious and delightful surprise.

Cute townhouse

The townhouse was very nicely decorated, with high end appliances and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. However, although the townhouse is in a relatively new development, The neighborhood is surrounded by run down mobile homes, some of which were abandoned.

this area the guest is referencing is completely on the very other end and at the entrance to a street off the main road, that eventually leads to our community. That area is under construction, and is currently being used for contractor trucks etc its tagged to be removed. And in no way impacts our lovely neighbourhood. all the way down other end. and not visible to anyone near our neighbourhood

Fantastic - Great Host

The property is new and beautifully decorated. We felt at home immediately. Comfortable furniture and beds, peaceful, friendly neighborhood, and lovely backyard. It’s located off Dorchester Road which is a main road connected to the roads that take you to Summers Corner, Charleston, downtown Summerville. I wish we could give 100 stars to the host for communication. We will stay there again.

This is a great place. Had everything we needed. My only problem is I am short. Had to bring step stool in to get in bed in main bedroom. Other than that all was perfect. Thank you Debbie and Charlie!!

Comfortable and well appointed

Debbie and Charlie :), were excellent hosts with a very comfortable and thoughtful townhouse. We took multiple walks around the property where everyone was nice and respectful. Home was well put together providing everything we needed to provide a thanksgiving away from our home state for our Sailor. Plenty of kitchen necessities in the spacious kitchen. Everything worked without issue. The check in and out process was probably the easiest of any rental we have had. The living room has two oversized comfy sofas in which to lounge on and watch days and days of movies. TVs have all the standard smart capabilities and we experienced no issues. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also spacious and comfortable. Debbie’s muffins were such a wonderful surprise when we arrived late in the evening, exhausted. This house felt like home for four days and we would happily stay again! Fees are low and thoughtfully priced. If you can’t decide, just do it, you won’t regret it.
