Its a nice spot, the host is great and friendly, I went for my brothers basic training graduation. Its about 10 or so min from the base and has its designated parking easy access and quiet neighborhood overall great experience.

Great for a short stay

Cozy apartment close to main roads to get you in and around Columbia. No more than a 10-minute drive to most attractions in the city. More than enough amenities for a short 1-2 person stay. I pass through Columbia frequently and will look to use this property again.

The apartment was clean and the owners were prompt and proactive with all communications. They provided a nice coffee bar with a high end Keurig which we enjoyed. The unit was exactly as pictured. For our tastes, It could use some freshening up as part are a bit dated, and less clutter. Overall, it was clean and safe and served our needs well for the Columbia/USC area.

Great communication.

I unexpectedly had to ad some family members to my stay. We all drove out from NYC for the military graduation. Host was very accommodating! He is Great with message replies. We were comfy and had everything we needed.
