The best! I’ve stayed in other condos at the Breakers and this is my favorite. Everything was great. Nice clean furniture, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Hoping to stay here again next year!

We vacationed for spring break with our three kids, 5 - 7yo and the Breakers 44 was perfect. We loved the location right on the beach, the condo was so comfortable and made a great home away from home for the week.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasn’t a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

The place was very clean and ready for us, I was impressed. The unit is newly remodeled and was just as it is in the pictures. Very centrally located, could not have asked for a nicer stay!

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, we’re not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back
