It is located on the 12th hole of the Moab Golf Course, only 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 10 minutes south of downtown Moab, and just minutes away from several hiking trails.

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood south of Moab, on the golf course, with a beautiful view of the valley and has incredible views of the Moab Rim and the star studded night sky.
