This beautifully decorated 2,000 sq. ft house is nestled in a super quiet neighborhood with amenities galore. The beautiful and spacious open kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. HD Smart TVs in every room, 5 cozy beds and a pull-out queen sofa couch. The pet friendly yard is fenced with a deck and open fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. Numerous shopping and dining options around the corner in this highly desirable “NE Side” location. 2 car garage w/ remote for indoor parking
Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. Please note that the garage door has sensors, which means if you close garage door at the pad and then attempt to exit before it closes, you must step over the laser to avoid reversing the door direction. This is a safety feature that prevents the door from closing on someone or something.

Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.
Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.
I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay, as I like to give guests their space. However, we always answer promptly should you have any questions or any issues should arise.
The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, friendly and safe. You'll see neighbors jogging, walking dogs and pushing strollers. We love this neighborhood

Perfect place to stay in Tallahassee

Nice property tucked back in a subdivision. Has plenty of rooms, beds, and TVs. Less than 5 miles from restaurants and is in a very quiet neighborhood. This house was very clean and has everything a kitchen needs. To also has a deck and fireplace in the back. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tallahassee.

Above and Beyond!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a gem this home is!! Everything about it is absolutely perfect! Although we were just a small group of friends getting together to relax, unwind, and have a good time before our hectic Christmas holiday activities amped up, this house would also be great for a family. We couldn’t get over how perfect the floor plan is. The primary suite has a living area and dining area just outside it, and the other three bedrooms (which also have their own living area) are on the opposite side of the house, down a hall with a nice size shared bathroom. The gorgeous kitchen is what separates the two areas. We thought it would’ve been perfect for adults to have the primary side and kids have the other. But we still very much enjoyed the house without children in tow!! Rorry was a perfect hostess, very sweet and accommodating. She checked in with me a couple times but wasn’t overbearing at all. My friends and I have already talked about booking this house again for our next get away! Thank you, Rory, for sharing your beautiful home with us!
