Across the street from the Roanoke Sound w/ a private boat ramp great for boaters, wind surfers, jet skiers, kayaks & paddle boards, with a private dock for fishing & crabbing in the backyard. The BOAT House includes outdoor dining, outdoor shower & large yard. The beach is just a short drive with fun beach activities, shopping & restaurants close by! Tee up at Nags Head Golf Links located around the corner.

We only stayed two nights but it was centrally located near lots to do. We enjoyed the decor of the house and the kayaks.

Everything was perfect

Stayed here 4 nights as a home base to travel OBX. The house was in a nice location and was very well stocked with anything we would need. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. They really thought of everything!

Great sound side location.

Excellent location for anyone wanting to stay on the sound side of Croatan Hwy and plenty of space for a 3BR house. Emily was an outstanding host. We had no issues but it was great to know she is nearby if there’s ever a problem.

Fantastic Experience

We were able to check in early. Owner was prompt and accurately communicated. Perfect place to entertain clients for evening before deep-sea fishing the next day. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience

Emily was great. Excellent communication throughout. Direct guidance on using the community pool. Flexibility when our trip schedule suddenly had to change. Could not have asked for more in a host. The home is very well kept and clean. The dock and waterway was perfect to tie up a couple of jet skiis for use in the sound and not have to pull them out after every use. The kids loved the ducks. They would only sleep on the docks of the absolute best rental properties... so they were on our dock every night. Mamma and about 10 hatchlings.

This house was perfect for our stay! The house was very clean and had all the items we needed for the week. We loved being near the water and being close to other activities. We definitely recommend staying and will keep this house in mind if we come back to the area!
