What a great place and location! Especially if you are attending an event at Laurel Hall, which is just a 4-5 minute drive away.The house was amazing and a great place to hang out. The bedrooms were perfect and loved the showers. ALL the amenities were well stocked with a welcome snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, plenty of towels and the high-end appliances topped it off. Would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out were a breeze. My only regret is that we had it for two days but were there for my son's wedding so we didn't get to enjoy everything as much as I would have liked to. We did play multiple games of shuffleboard though and just a great place to hang out before the wedding. Thanks again for allowing us to stay here.

Great property, recently redone with nice features like movie room and hot tub outside! Close to downtown Indy. Not the nicest neighborhood but quiet and no issues. Property owner very responsive and easy check-in and out.

The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved in a very timely manner. The VRBO was equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals, Bbq, awesome theater room and shuffle board. The beds were very comfortable. It was so convenient to have nice working washer/dryer units as well. The hot tub was used every night. There is so much more. I highly recommend this unit.

Girls Weekend Getaway

My friends and I had an excellent weekend getaway. This home was comfortable with great amenities (hot tub, movie room) and a nice location that made it easy to go out or stay in.

Great place for a weekend trip.

The home was extremely fun for a weekend trip in Indy. Near downtown yet quite. The hot tub and game room are a huge plus. The showers could of been cleaner and the kitchen needs more utensils and Equipment. Over all great place and we will be back.

We were part of a group of 5 people in town for the Tough Mudder - Indiana. We enjoyed the property and took advantage of the movie room, grill, coffee maker, rear patio, and kitchen. The house was clean and everything was exactly as advertised. The owner was very accommodating in allowing us to bring a 130 lb Great Dane dog on our stay, which was much appreciated. The only complaints are the height of the kitchen sink being far too high to use comfortably and the range hood being at a level where we were bumping our foreheads.

Romantic getaway!

Had a difficult time reserving this property, but it was a glitch with Vrbo’s system! The host Brandon and Damien we’re on it! Damien made sure we were locked in on this property and handled it professionally! The property was very nice, our favorite part was the movie theater being it was raining thru most of our stay! Would highly recommend this property as it lived up to the listing! Thanks again, will definitely be back!

Generally a positive and joyful stay.

Overall, the house was great and convenient. A couple minor drawbacks were that we found some hair in the shower and a used napkin by the clean dishes. There was no garage door remote to use during our stay, and with TVs in every room, some of the remotes were left in a group on the coffee table, making it a bit of a chore figuring out which remotes went to which TVs.

Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. The drain in the master bath needs to be worked on. It backed up pretty bad. The hot tub had apparently been blown open by the wind the night before we arrived. It was half full and had leaves and debris scattered in it. We arrived on a Monday and after a couple days of communication with the property manager it was ready by Wednesday night. The night before we left. Everything else was pretty good though. It was on a qiuet street and easy to get to.

Regarding the hot tub and plumbing, we want to add a bit of context for future guests. During your stay, we experienced unusually cold and windy weather conditions, which limited the ability to safely service and refill the hot tub immediately, as running water in those conditions can cause damage to the system. Once conditions allowed, our team addressed it as quickly as possible. We also issued a partial refund to account for the inconvenience. The drainage issue in the master bath has since been addressed to prevent a recurrence, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback. Guest input helps us continue improving, and we’re glad overall you had a positive experience.

Indy 500

Several good things and a few bad. The number given to us at checkin was not accurate. It took about 1.5 hours before family could finally get in. Once in, the foot board heaters were on high in the theater room. There was nothing marking how to turn them down, but we finally figured it out about 4 hours later. The home was not very clean and there was no extra toilet paper, so made a trip to the store. Hot tub was not functional and water temps were very cold so we didnt use it. Now the good, cool house and easy to get to downtown and to the indy 500. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the 2 bathrooms. Enjouyed the theater room. Good kitchen which was well equipped. Overall, a good stay but some things need more attention to detail. Homeowner was easy to reach and responded quickly.
