Our comfy unit features two queen bed, a full bathroom, and modern amenities such as a large TV, mini fridge, and microwave, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Located just off Exit 30 of Interstate 93, our unit is conveniently situated minutes away from a plethora of local attractions, including Franconia Notch State Park, the Kancamagus Highway, Loon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, and Whales Tale Water Park.

As a guest at the Jack O'Lantern resort, you'll also have access to a clubhouse with a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, and tennis courts (seasonal) all located on the premises. The owner was very kind and helpful with their communication, we are both in our 80's and 90's and the owner was wonderful about going the extra mile to help us get the information we needed to have a lovely stay
