Inaccurate Listing!
Prior to check-in I received screenshots of my reservation to my email. It felt a little unprofessional. Knowing it was through VRBO gave me more ease of mind. Check-in took about 40 minutes. Long! We were taken to what was probably one of the worst rooms in the entire resort. Top, corner, facing highway with construction on the floor directly above. Not at all the photos in the listing. We requested another room and we again given a terrible room with no ocean view. It faced construction at the property next door, below are loud, massive tanks, and you get the disgusting smell of trash and what seems like reeks of discard from the restaurants on that side. We could not use the patio as it was so awful.
I messaged Ray after seeing the first room. I got one line back saying he was sorry that all rooms should have an ocean view. No offer to correct the reservation or compensate for the pictures being deceiving. I sent another email regarding the second room and received no response. The manager said they were sold out and that's why we couldn't have another room. Yet I looked on multiple travel sites in front of her and several reservations were open.
The inside of the room is nice and as pictured. I did not see a single person in the resort that was not all-inclusive. I do feel like booking this property elsewhere is better and that you will be given a better room. I can't recommend this listing.
