Everything was lovely—a great stay for two people. There was some construction across the street on a home being built, not terribly loud, but something to be aware of. The town was accessible through backroads and a close path, which was nice:)
We enjoyed our stay at the fly lake cottage. Just know that there is no lake on the property or within eyeshot…which I assumed there would be. The property was well maintained and very close to downtown. The road the cottage is on could be a little noisy at times, and the house across the street is under construction. Not horribly noisy, but noticeable. Bryan was communicative and the property was well maintained.
This charming cottage is very well appointed and situated close to town. From the heated bathroom floor to the subtle “fishing cabin” decor, it was a wonderful choice for our Highlands getaway.
This was a great small cabin loaded with personality and all the amenities we needed.. The location was perfect and very close to downtown Highlands, perfect for a family wedding weekend.
We had a wonderful time in The Highlands and this property was perfect for us. Proximity to town is excellent and the neighborhood is very quiet. The cottage is uniquely and beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed sitting on the outdoor porch taking in the fresh air and nature.
This well appointed property was perfect for us. The attention to detail was much appreciated and the owners were accommodating in every way. It was a wonderful stay all around and we would certainly recommend it.
We loved the stay at this cozy cottage because of all the amenities we needed . The lovely bathroom had heated floors. The front porch was great to relax on. It was nestled on a quiet street that was great for evening walks. We would love to stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time. We saw a bear at night which was really neat (we were on the porch and not in harms way). The heated floors in the bathroom were so nice. The property was super clean, tidy and cute. Would stay here again.
