Great spot for doing anything in the Kingston area, we were five families in the five bedroom and it still felt like we had plenty of space. Must be even more fun in the Summer months as it was a little cold for us outside in March. Easy to get in touch with owner the one time we needed to and issue was resolved right away. The video game in the picture does not work...for us anyway, and remotes need batteries. Small little items that can be corrected. Over all a really great experience!
We stayed here for 3 days, it was honestly great. Brought the family together, played games, and had a lot of quality time! The cleanliness of the place was okay, but could’ve been better. One of the PS5 controllers was not working. If there are any gamers, bring your own controller so you can enjoy playing all together. The downstairs cabin is very hot and humid. couldn’t sleep in it.
Loved the room with the big screen!
Overall, it was good!

Great size, great view - needs some tlc!
Good size for a large family (we had 11 adults) but definitely needs a lot of TLC. The exterior of the building needed a good cleanup. The back deck needed total replacement as numerous boards were rotten and the handrail was rotten in many spots. I’d classify it as a safety hazard. Some of the chairs on the deck had no chair pads making them uncomfortable to sit on.
There were numerous bugs in the house, lots of spiders, a huge centipede, and numerous ants.
The patio door from the kitchen was extremely hard to open, with no handle on the exterior. If there was a screen on the patio door, the fly problem would be lessened. Several of the mattresses were very hard. The kitchen is tiny, to the point that the fridge sits in the access to the dining room. Only one cupboard is available to renters, the remaining are occupied by the owners products. The dishwasher was not secured under the counter, and tipped when loading it. The house has room for 14 people, yet the dining room table is only large enough for 8, with no other indoor dining option. Lastly, we arrived to a mini-flood in the second living room due to an issue with the washing machine. The manager was advised and replied he knew about it and it would be repaired. It remained yet for the entirety of our stay.
This house has a lot of potential it it just needs a lot of upgrading.
