The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet and the home was everything we needed for our night in Little Rock. Lots of space to stretch out and beds were comfortable.
Poorly maintained. Uncomfortable beds, one actually caved in. Has a smell and gross, sticky carpet. Do

It was ok nice stay some things were off but other than that it was oke besides bugs and things being loosley fited or unlocked door already when we made it there
Such a great property! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus—perfect for our pets to stretch their legs safely while we traveled. The location made it easy to get around, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been smoother. The hosts were super responsive and kind, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone—especially fellow pet travelers!
Some of our shooting team stayed . Great neighborhood, nice clean place close to the grocery store. We made a big dinner and hung out in the back yard and played monopoly. Would recommend.
Great place, easy to find, three descent size rooms, two bathrooms, amazing backyard, nice neighborhood, nice L shape layout allowing more privacy within the house, and my kids loved the piano!
The hostess messaged that the heater wasn't functioning properly and gave us the opportunity to find another place to stay, but we didn't have time to check out options and thought the space heater she provided would be enough. Thankfully, we had some throws to wrap over us when sitting and I could add those to the bed (which was missing a top sheet) of my 2 little ones. Somehow, three of us adults were never able to find the reusable coffee filters the hostess told us were available. The door knob on the back door fell off as my husband tried to get in. Had we stayed any longer, having hangers in the closets would have been helpful.
We had an awesome stay even though it was short. House was beautiful and very comfortable. Great area and very quiet. Would definitely chose again if we were in the area! We traveled with our 3 small dogs who also had a big yard to run in. Thanks so much!
We made a stop for the night on a road trip and this house was just what we needed. The fenced backyard was very convenient to let our dog run after a day of car travel. The location was close to great dining options for dinner. The amenities of the house were what we needed for a great night's rest and getting back on the road the next morning.
This was the perfect rental for us. Quiet neighborhood. Big rooms. Fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean, but had very strong air fresheners in use which were overwhelming. Had to unplug the air freshenersThe carpet in one bedroom was worn, just not a fan of carpet and the mattress is very firm. Bed in another bedroom with metal headboard uncomfortable and, squeaky. Furniture in bedrooms appears cheap. Not ba
Comfortable house, plenty of room, large backyard was great for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood was perfect for a gathering of old friends following a memorial service for one of our friends that passed away.

Wonderful to hear, Reid! We appreciate the feedback and are very glad you enjoyed your stay!
Cute older home with all you could need and more! Very thoughtfully stocked and good neighborhood! There are also two super cute and friendly cat neighbors:)
House was a lot larger than expected. Host was kind, courteous and responsive. Research the neighborhood prior to your stay for no surprises, however we had no issues during our time there!

Thank you, Samantha.
We have rented out this property for over 3 years now and after hundreds of guests and as a
continuing superhost status shows, we have not encountered problems. This part of North Little Rock is a "town" of its own almost. There are residents near by that walk their dogs, kids walk themselves around and have lived in this area for years. There is always a risk, but we hope to ease the mind of anyone wondering!
House was very clean and had a lot of space. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Master bedroom was wonderful! Enjoyed staying there. The only suggestion is to update the couch and chair. It was very uncomfortable to sit on and worn. Overall, a great place to stay.
The overall stay was very nice with access to pretty much the whole house. Was per and baby friendly which was a huge plus for our family. We were in town to visit my sister since she couldn’t come home due to her job it was nice family time well spent. We got snowed in on one day and this house made it very easy to spend quality family time together. Would definitely stay here again if we all come down for another visit. Would highly recommend especially if you have pets or little ones as they have a backyard and even stuff for babies so don’t have to drag extra stuff with you. Host replied fast as well!
