Modern, family-friendly beach cottage in Sag Harbor Village. Great location - a short 5-minute walk to a private sandy bay beach or a quick bike ride to Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, all on back roads. The main floor features an open concept with a modern kitchen, dining area and living room with a gas-burning fireplace. The bedroom floor features a master bedroom with an ensuite, and 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bath. The patio features a heated plunge pool, patio and small side yard. Perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and town but want all of the creature comforts. 2 week minimum

Why they chose this property
We love the property for its location. Sag Harbor Village is a short bike ride away on back roads and the private sandy bay beach is less than a 5-minute walk on a quiet road. We designed and built a new house, which we would love to visit while traveling. We tried to create a convenient modern oasis just steps from the best of Sag Harbor. We hope you enjoy it!
