The four-bedroom four bath home has been remodeled with all new décor throughout including outdoor furnishings on the expansive porches and the beautiful lanai. Take full advantage of the largest private pool in Water’s Edge and perhaps all of 30A. When it is time for the beach, stroll the palm tree-lined pedestrian path that leads to the neighborhood’s private beach walkover. With only 26 home-sites and security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having done a lot of VRBO and other rentals in the past. Royal Destinations was BY FAR the best rental experience I've had. The house was spotless. The communication leading up to and during our entire trip was exceptional. The team was helpful with any things that I needed and were always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. This team is dialed in and I hope to rent from them many more times. Thanks RD!

First time on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the communities of 30A. We chose this property because of the pool and the newly renovated decor. It was lovely! However the pool had not been cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait at least a day for a crew to deal with that. Water was quite cold for end of April, so consider asking to have it heated. The home is very comfortable, a short walk to the beach stairs and included 2 beach chairs set up at the beach. However the home is directly along the main street that goes through Rosemary Beach. The driveway is on a private lane but the house itself does have considerable street noise from the main road. The view on the one side of the home is an adjacent tennis court complex belonging to the resort next store. This home is walkable to several restaurants and shops.
