Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts were easy to communicate with, helpful, and everything about the home was wonderful. We are looking forward to returning again.

Perfect getaway

Fantastic house, comfy beds, comfy couches, great backyard, enjoyed sitting by the fire watching heavy rain through the large insulated windows. Owner has thought of everything, and provides everything needed for your stay! Excellent communication As a family we had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Gorgeous Home! Highly Recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Everything is new and very clean. Clearly evident that the owners spent time and money on decor, which was carefully and tastefully curated. The beds were so comfortable! (We have found this lacking in other properties). The owners, Andrew and Rhiannon were very communicative, welcoming us and checking on us (via direct message) when there was a brief power outage. Thank you for a fantastic stay Armstrong Family!

Base Camp for Nevada City exploration.

Perfect location for exploring Nevada City and the South Yuba River park system. Great place to unwind after hiking and river and lake swimming. Nice and quiet location and beautiful home.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The place was great. It was clean, there were plenty of ammenities (example: towels, laundry detergent, soap and some coffee). It was dog and kid friendly. living room/kitchen area is good size and allows for a dinner gathering if you have family in the area. Overall I'd recommend a stay at this place. Regards!
