We asked You to not come early because Our cleaning team were there but you still arrived 90 minutes early. Then You unloaded Your stuff and sat in Our driveway. After You left I found 5 piles of dog poop. In My fliwer beds. Then You asked to stay 6 hours after check out time! We feel disrespected. Please do Not Return .

Great location near town and within walking distance to state park trails. The house is adorable and was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful deck, and comfortable sofa. We really enjoyed our weekend here.

This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing trips my husband and I have taken. The tiny home was absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and had everything we could have needed right there! We will be definitely coming back on the regular for some needed staycations!!! The host was amazing, quick responses. I can’t say enough!! This will be one of our regular spots!

What a delightful little place! Worked out just perfectly for our stay in Grass Valley and we will definitely come again. Outfitted very nicely, loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, owner very responsive and friendly. Softer beds and one more closet and I'd have thought about moving in.

This tiny house is located close to town and yet feels secluded. The area is lush and green, peaceful and quiet. This tiny house is very tiny and is not recommended for anyone over 5'5". I'm 5'8" and the lofts were too small for my navigation. This is my problem; not the owner's and did not detract from the overall loveliness of the house. The owner's attention to detail, well supplied and pleasant nature is also a plus in staying in this tiny house. Sincerely, Sami C.

Clean and comfortable, well appointed for the two guests. The hosts care well for the property and made themselves available for traveler's needs.The design of the tiny home suited our needs. Compact outside, large inside. Furnished for comfort, with kitchen and bath accessories, and food/bev pantry.I could reach the city and family in a five mile radius. It's near roads yet is quiet. This location was ideal. Added bonus that state park property trails can be walked into!

This tiny house was a wonderful place to stay in Grass Valley. It had everything we could need or want provided. The home itself was impeccably clean and easy to find. The space itself feels larger due to it's high ceilings (when not under a loft). The neighborhood was quiet and had trails not far away. Rose was very thoughtful with everything inside and communicated well. Would recommend!
