Newer home with plenty of outdoor space for the entire family. Wrap around outdoor deck, gas grill, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, horseshoe pit, and plenty of available backyard space to run and jump and play!! !5 minutes to historic Gettysburg, 10 minutes to Liberty Mountain, an hour"ish" to Baltimore and DC. 5 minutes to Mount Saint Marys University and National Shrine Grotto of our Lady of Lourdes, great restaurants, and the Appalachian Trail is less than 10 minutes away. If you are looking for peace and quiet and an opportunity to unwind, the house offers that as well.

Perfect place for our group of adults

The home is amazingly remodeled but still has its older home charm. We all enjoyed every amenity this home offered, and there was alot. Great location for many different activities. Plenty of parking, great outside area for hanging out after a day touring. Kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our larger group.

Best yet...

Great host. Very, very clean and comfortable and well outfitted house on a great lot (busy road, but easy access and walkable to town). We even met the maintenance guy, who was also a great guy. We'd absolutely stay there again.

Great to stay with extended family

We were in the area with extended family ranging in age from 2-65 the home allowed us space to coexist well together while still staying at the same place. My brother in law really enjoyed the downstairs apartment area for some extra privacy. The home was clean and convenient and the host was easy to communicate with.

Ski Trip Getaway

We had a lovely time at this home! It was spacious and well-appointed. There were lots of details (the Nescafe machine, shampoo and conditioner in shower, spices to use, etc.) that made it a cozy and easy stay. Our family had a lovely time and have already decided we want to come back!

Fantastic place to stay

Finding a house for adult couples is a rare thing to find! We had 3 couples stay here. the place is layed out for adults, a queen bed in every bedroom. No more which couple gets the twin beds. The house is well appointed, everything worked great , no problems. If we are staying in this area again, this house is easily #1 on our list!

EFO Graduation

We needed a place that my family and friends could stay for my EFO graduation. Eric’s house fit the need perfectly! The property was spacious and allowed us to all have our own quiet space. We loved the amenities and we very pleased with the cleanliness and updated interior. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. Wonderful Experience in Emmitsburg

This was a wonderful home for our extended family consisting of grandparents, parents, teens and a 6 year old as well. We arrived to a clean and welcoming house. The teens and the 6 year old felt happy because the basement area provided them a bit of privacy to play video game and enjoy their own space. Eric, the host was awesome with providing us with great information for local restaurants and tours to take in nearby Gettysburg, PA. You can't go wrong renting this home. We had an absolutely wonderful experience from the day we booked the property until we sadly had to leave for home.
