OUR HOME:

This condo is located in River Crossing at Barefoot Resort.  It is on the third floor and features views of the #4 hole of the Norman golf course. Our spacious home features a modern open floor plan perfect for mingling!  Catch up with friends and family, and relax on the outdoor patio!



The kitchen comes fully appointed with all major appliances, dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.  There is even a NEW refrigerator! There is even an outdoor charoal grill at River Crossing so that you can grill out that perfect cheeseburger in paradise.



Stay connected with our free wireless internet, and enjoy your favorite TV shows.  Our home has full cable as well as access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more! 



There are two bedrooms in our home, and two with toilet-tub-shower for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds



Enjoy the convenience of also having a NEW washer and dryer, regular coffee maker and a Keurig!



No dogs, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind allowed. This includes all emotional support animals as the HOA does not accept emotional support animal paperwork as sufficient in regards to the rule that renters are not allowed to have animals on property. The HOA will fine $500 for violations, which will be charged to the guest for each violation. Thank you for your understanding as we follow the building rules and hope to avoid extra charges to our guests.



Guest Access:

***Please note: North Tower pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from February 1st-March 31st, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/Dryer are located inside of the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Only one gate card will be provided for stay.

*Two parking spaces provided in front of unit. No additional spaces will be provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Welcome to your luxury vacation at Barefoot Resort! Our home is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach close to hundreds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options for everyone! With world class golf right in the resort and the area's most popular shopping just minutes away you have many options for entertainment in the day.



Barefoot Resort features a stunning 2.2 acre saltwater pool right on the waterway and marina! At this North Tower Pool is also the excellent Barefoot Marina Bar & Grill, which has live music throughout the year, plenty of outdoor seating (including on the waterfront!) and excellent seafood, American fare, and happy hour! There's a free shuttle to the pool and to the beach in season. River Crossing also has a neighborhood pool for added convenience.



Live music venues such as the House of Blues and Alabama Theater are right at Barefoot as well, along with hundreds of restaurants to cater to any plans for the evening. Shop until you drop at Barefoot Landing just across the waterway and at Tanger Outlets just a few minutes away.



Ten minutes from North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex! There are HUGE baseball and soccer tournaments played there- The Cal Ripken Experience. Also Coastal Carolina University is in driving distance- they were second in their conference last year for football!



Myrtle Beach Airport is only a 30 minute drive or uber for easy transportation! Twenty-one minute drive to Myrtle Beach Pelicans stadium, the AA team for the Cubs. Also a twenty minute drive to Broadway at the beach, with many attractions to pack your vacation with all Myrtle Beach has to offer!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
