Beautiful drive to the property! We stayed for four nights and didn’t need a thing. The cabin had all the essential accommodations and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and even spotted a few deer while cooking out. We will definitely book another stay with them. Thanks for providing us with the perfect getaway!

I was surprised that this tiny house was down a really rough gravel rd, out in the middle of a cow pasture. We had to honk to get the cows out of the rd. It is not close to town as I expected. If you want to be away from people, no noise, no one around this is for you. I was expecting to interact with others. My husband and I both love being around others. We love to talk and visit with people. We did go to the Passion play and enjoyed the drive around town. The passion play was about 20 minutes away. The room was clean, it had cookware and dishes, a frig also. The stove was hotplates. The toilet was in the middle of the bedroom, no privacy. no doors blocking the toilet. The shower was so small if you are a big person you won't fit. My husband is 195 lbs and could barely turn around in the shower. The bed was very comfortable though. the couch that was supposed to sleep 2 was small and close to the floor. 2 kids not 2 adults would be comfortable. There was no TV. I know this was supposed to be like glamorous camping. It was not for us. We are elderly and have lots of health issues. Overall the room was nice and clean with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There was a firepit that young folks would love. I didn't see any hiking trails. As I said there is no TV, radio, Wi-Fi, or internet.

Ronald, I'm glad you found the cabin to be clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. We strive to provide a quality place for our guests. As for the rest of your review, it is very clear you did not read the listing in order to know what to expect while staying with us. We are extremely transparent in the type of setting (rural/farm, 143 acres) you will be in. There are also photos and a lot of verbiage describing all the things you complained about, ie: privacy set-up of the bathroom, kitchenette/hot plate for cooking, no TV/internet, and we even explicitly state that the unit is not suitable for 4 adults, but is more meant for 2 adults & 2 kids maximum. Further, the nature of this being a "tiny home", inherently implies that things will be a bit smaller than a regular size house, such as the shower. A 3 star review is completely unwarranted in this situation, and it really hurts our small family business. In the future I would encourage you to read the details about where you are planning to stay so you are fully prepared, as opposed to taking it out on your host by leaving a bad review.

Glamping Getaway

Decided to spend the time with my partner away from all the noise. It was amazing. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location! Was like a cabin in the woods. Had a camp fire and really reconnected with nature. Thank you for the amazing stay experience!

Cool Property!

The drive to the property is really pretty. The property itself is amazing. It has a cool history. I loved the inside of the tiny home. The outside is really cute with bistro lights, chairs, and a fire pit. We would definitely stay here again and experience more of what the property has to offer. The drive to Downtown is gorgeous.

quick get away

Not that it is within the control of the owner but 100 ft prior to arriving there is a camper on the side of the road that is permanent habitat that ran their generator the whole time...never quiet. ever...also not in their control but the reason we selected the property was the creek for our dog...it was dry (maybe share that on website). Poor communication prior to check in but owner did apologize sharing it was spotty wifi in their home...I get that. Website shared that you could rent kayaks and that was what I asked about that wasn't responded too...ends up the river was too dry to float (maybe put that on website). The cabin was clean and well appointed, bed was comfy. Bathroom was slightly awkward located right next to the bed-with a shower curtain to separate if needed. It didn't bother us but some might be grossed out by that. The shower is tiny...we weigh 140 and 165 so not big people, and the shower curtain was so close to us that it clung to you most of your shower. There are limited plug in's in the cabin and we blew a breaker cooking on the hot plate and toaster oven simultaneously but could resolve ourselves. I sound a little whiny but just wanted to share the reality.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that there were a few things that were less than perfect during your stay. I would like to clarify a couple things for accuracy for future renters. Part of the creek is "wet weather" so it dries up when we haven't had enough rain, however, there is a portion of it that is spring fed and has water in it year round... we do indicate this in a caption beneath one of the creek pictures on the listing. As for the bathroom/bedroom set up, we try to be very transparent about this on the listing. Here's what the listing states, "There is one bathroom w/ a shower that is in the master bedroom and is separated by a privacy curtain". There are also pictures with a description beneath them on the listing clearly showing this aspect. Thank you again for staying with us, we appreciate your business!
